Job Description
This is a Summer Student position from May 1, 2026 to August 28, 2026. The Pharmacy student will receive training and certification to conduct medication histories to gather the Best Possible Medication History (BPMH) for newly admitted patients.
Contribute to safe, quality care by:Gathering and documenting best possible medication histories (BPMHs) Opportunity to participate in pharmacy department clinical sharing, peer teaching and learning, as well as job shadowing of clinical pharmacists.
