Phlebotomist I

Pride Health is hiring Phlebotomist I to support our client’s team in Yakima, WA. This is a full-time, 13-weeks contract.

 

Job Summary:

This is a contract role with strong potential for full-time conversion. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in venipuncture, especially with difficult draws, and comfortable working independently in a patient-focused environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform venipuncture, capillary, pediatric, geriatric, forensic, and clinical collections


• Handle difficult (hard stick) and geriatric patient draws with confidence


• Accurately process and prepare specimens for laboratory testing


• Maintain patient safety, comfort, and confidentiality


• Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory standards


• Manage workload independently in a solo work setting
