Milk Education are seeking a Phonics Intervention Buddy to work in a Primary School in the L33 area of Liverpool on a temporary, long‑term basis. This is a supportive and inclusive school that maintains high standards of attainment and behaviour, with a strong focus on pupil development and wellbeing.

This role involves supporting children who require additional help with phonics and early reading, ensuring they remain focused, confident, and engaged in their learning. You will help prepare resources, deliver targeted interventions, and ensure each child’s needs are met within a nurturing and inclusive environment.

The Phonics Intervention Buddy role is to commence as soon as possible and will continue until July 2026.
Working hours: 08:30am – 15:30pm, Monday to Friday.
