• Evaluate medical records to determine the necessity and appropriateness of treatments.
• Monitor patient progress and recommend necessary medical interventions.
• With PHRN License
• 1-2 years of work exp in a call center with Healthcare/Insurance/Pharmacovigilance background
• Amenable to work on night shifts and onsite work setup in Cebu
• Good to Excellent verbal communication skills
