Key Responsibilities
- Academic Leadership: Develop and implement curriculum standards, establish class schedules, and evaluate teaching methods to meet learning objectives.
- Staff Management: Recruit, mentor, and evaluate teachers and non-teaching personnel, while organizing professional development workshops.
- Student Welfare & Discipline: Enforce school policies, ensure student discipline, and handle behavioral issues or counseling needs
- Operations & Budgeting: Manage the school’s financial budget, oversee facility maintenance, and ensure all health and safety regulations are met.
