Salary Range: $27.00 To $31.00 Annually
Role and Responsibilities: P rovides physical therapy services to patients as prescribed by the attending physician under the direct (but not on-site) supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
Essential Functions:
+ Treat patients to relieve pain and/or develop or restore function to reach the highest level of independence possible.
+ Instruct patients and their families in the use of prosthetic, orthotic and assistive devices (canes, walkers, wheelchairs, etc.) .
+ Write clinical progress notes on the date of the visit for inclusion into the patient’s permanent record.
+ Attend Physical Therapy staff meetings, conduct in - service presentations and case conferences.
