Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Job Summary:
We’re seeking a Physical Therapist to help patients work through pain, limited movement, and recovery challenges with structured treatment and clear direction. In this role, you’ll assess physical conditions, guide rehabilitation sessions, and help patients make steady gains toward independence and function. The work is hands-on, collaborative, and focused on real outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients and determine therapy needs and limitations


• Develop individualized rehabilitation plans
