Summary The North Florida/ South Georgia VA Healthcare System's Geriatrics & Extended Care Service is seeking an experienced and dynamic Board Certified Physician (Geriatrics) for our Lake City Community Living Center. This position offers a chance to serve our nation's veterans along with excellent work life balance. The CLC provides care to Veterans who need memory care, long term nursing home level of care, short term rehabilitation or skilled nursing care in a Nursing Home setting. Responsibilities This is an open continuous announcement that will remain open until filled. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis. Eligible applicants will be referred each week for consideration until a selection is made.
