Primary Care Physician Opportunity Baltimore, MD Compensation: Making over $320,000 year 1 with Partnership We provide care to Seniors 65+ years old. Physicians practice at the top of their licenses, complete charting during office hours, and have a life outside of the office. They have the freedom to provide the kind of care that you would want your grandparents to receive. Our goal is to provide a concierge level of service for Seniors who do not have access nor can afford such a high level of care. Role: Compensation: $320,000+ Sign on Bonus Annual incentive bonus: up to $28% of base pay ( Partnership after 3 years (no buy-in) Primary Care - outpatient Value Based Care model. Shifts: Monday - Friday 8a-5p Call: 1:8 Weeks. Average week 3-5 total calls Patient panel max of 400 Low Patient Volume: Average patients per day: 10-13.
