Summary The VA Hilo Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) Mental Health Service Line provides care in outpatient programs. Psychiatrists assigned to the Mental Health Service Line provide psychiatric care for outpatients. The Mental Health Service Line has one full-time psychiatrist position that reports to the VA Hilo CBOC Chief/Mental Health Supervisor who is responsible for the overall clinical and administrative function of the Mental Health Service. Responsibilities **This is an OPEN CONTINUOUS ANNOUNCMENT and will remain open until July 13, 2026. The initial cut-off date for referral of eligible applications will be May 19, 2026, with subsequent cut-off dates every 2 weeks. Eligible applications received after that date will be accepted on an ongoing basis and qualified candidates will be considered as vacancies become available.
