Button Health is a new FHO practice on Bay Street with a defined patient model, a clear clinical direction, and the infrastructure to support both. We are not a walk-in clinic with a roster attached. We are a purpose-built practice for physicians who want continuity, autonomy, and patients who show up.
THE OPPORTUNITY
You are not cold-starting a practice, and you are not inheriting a misaligned roster. Button Health has built a full waitlist of unattached patients ahead of your arrival, and you choose who makes it onto your panel.
Your first two months are focused on onboarding and patient selection. You interview and select patients from the waitlist with our full support, building a panel aligned with your clinical standards.
After onboarding, panel composition and growth is a collaborative and ongoing process. We provide the framework and the operational support; you focus on practicing the medicine.
