Pile Technician

Job Description
Insight Global is looking for Pile Counters for a large engineering consulting firm in Savannah, GA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for counting piles as wood, steel, or concrete columns are driven into the ground during construction projects, to provide vital support for structures. They will prepare data and observation notes in the form of written reports daily for the associated Project Manager or Contractors. Candidates should have excellent communication skills, be able to remain focused and detailed, and adhere to strict safety standards. This client has 8 projects scheduled to break ground in Jan-Feb, in turn, this candidate will be working a solid amount of overtime for the first 2-3 months on contract – the ideal candidate should be open to working flexible hours, and on occasion, outside of the standard 8AM-5PM window.
