Job Summary:

The Conservation Specialist is a licensed insurance sales agent that is responsible for retaining existing customers who are calling to cancel plans. This will include, but not limited to, assisting customers with applying for new coverage within Client Healthcare. The Conservation specialist is also responsible for assisting Under 65 customers (U65).



Duties and Responsibilities:

• Receive calls from existing Medicare Supplement customers looking to cancel their current policy and assess /identify the reason for the cancellation request.


• Conduct a needs assessment to determine options to address customer’s cancellation reasons.


• Outbound calls to existing customers as part of a Wellness Check.


• Successfully upsell/cross sell existing customers as available.


• Participate in other assigned Sales Team projects as needed.
