The ideal candidate is a self-starter who takes ownership of their work and is eager to take cases through all stages of litigation, including trial, and is committed to delivering high-quality, ethical legal representation. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of personal injury matters
• Handle all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, and motion practice
• Prepare cases for trial and actively participate in courtroom proceedings
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
• Provide strategic legal analysis and recommendations
