Responsibilities
- Scheduling and coordinating workloads for field-based teams
- Managing diaries and ensuring efficient allocation of jobs
- Liaising with operatives, subcontractors, and internal departments
- Handling incoming queries and resolving scheduling issues
- Updating systems accurately and maintaining clear records
Qualifications
- Previous experience in planning, scheduling, or coordination (preferred)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
- Good IT skills and attention to detail
