+ Converts facility work orders into projects by determining initial scope of work and development of proposal estimates. The position requires knowledge of, and close collaboration with the Trades personnel to create Bill of Material (BOM) and Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) packets required for submission in a timely manner.
