Planning - Customer Executive

Responsibilities

• Planner will follow up with customer to obtain die shipment schedule / pre alert to ensure sufficient quantity of consigned material.
• Maximize production capacities by efficient loading of schedules and meeting customers forecasted demand.
• Coordinate with customers to ensure consigned materials are received in sufficient quantities and on time to meet the planned loading based on customer schedule or plant capacity.
• Manage the loading to production to achieve planned output.
• Initiate and systematic handling of customer inquiries and feedback on planning related issues.
• Monitor WIP and expedite delinquent lots.
• Send daily WIP report to customers.
• Update WIP Tracking/MRP system with manufacturing parameters necessary for assembly process traveler (APT) generation.
