Plan and coordinate logistics resources, production, and procurement to ensure product availability, on-time delivery, and cost efficiency
Monitor inventory levels and maintain effective stock control
Lead, coordinate, and develop the Warehouse Manager and logistics team, including workforce planning, hiring, and training
Monitor operational performance, drive continuous improvements in logistics processes, and manage supplier relationships and negotiations
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards, including participation in the HACCP team and support of relevant certifications
