Planning Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Project planning, scheduling, and monitoring
Coordination with execution, QS, procurement & design teams
Resource forecasting and delay risk management
Preparing MIS reports, dashboards, and project trackers
Ensuring on-time project delivery with effective planning

Qualifications & Experience:

B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
18 to 25 years of relevant experience in real estate project planning
Strong in MS Project / Primavera, Excel & planning tools
Excellent communication and leadership skills
