Planning Manager

Job Description

• Lead and support end-to-end supply planning activities, ensuring alignment across MRP, RM/PM planning, and cross-functional teams.
• Manage inventory health, including stock cover, SLOB/near-expiry control, and risk mitigation for shortages or excess.
• Ensure material availability through PO management, supplier coordination, and shipment execution tracking.
• Maintain data accuracy and system integrity (BOM, ERP/planning tools) to support reliable planning and reporting.
• Support NPD launches, audits, and governance, while leading team capability development and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in supply/materials planning, with strong exposure to MRP, S&OP / IBP, and inventory management.
