Planning Professional

We are currently seeking an experienced planning professional to complement our current staff and serve our wide range of clients and projects.

Our ideal candidate should:

• Have a degree in Planning or related discipline;
• Be a Registered Professional Planner and member in good standing with OPPI;
• Have a minimum 10 years of related planning experience;
• Have experience appearing before the Ontario Land Tribunal;
• Possess a comprehensive understanding of the development approvals process in Ontario;
• Be capable of undertaking assignments independently;
• Be pro‑active in the day‑to‑day management of projects;
• Demonstrate leadership in carrying out responsibilities;
• Demonstrate proficiency in client and project management;
• Demonstrate regard for the management of project budgets;
• Provide sound planning advice to clients and project teams;
