Opportunity Description
- Performs functions of Senior Planners and guides and mentor subordinates under him
- Develop pre-construction proposal/ bid schedule. Prepares estimates and forecasts during the life cycle of the project, responsible for reporting schedule deliverables to the project team and Operations Planning Manager;
- Detail the schedule based on site’s present condition/ workability and generate look-ahead schedule;
- Generate productivity reports;
- Generate Weekly and Monthly progress reports;
- Prepare and maintain the Master Schedule with input from project team and stakeholders;
- Schedule and update: Manpower and Equipment deployment; Schedule with S-Curve; and Acceleration Schedule;
- Perform schedule analysis for change order and claims;
- Develop acceleration schedule with resource and cost; extension of time;
- Establish resource requirements and coordinate with Operations Planner;
