Reporting to the Plant Supervisor, you will be responsible for the efficient batching and loading of concrete, active participation in the day-to-day site operations, and proficient operation of both plant and mobile equipment. 

Your day will involve: 

• Accurate batching of orders to specified mix designs with dedicated programs and systems 
• Safe operation of front-end loader to weigh up materials for batching 
• Managing day-to-day administration including stock control of raw materials and monthly forecasts 
• Participation in safety initiatives including pre-starts, toolboxes and incident reportin...
