We are looking for an experienced

Plant HR professional

to manage end-to-end HR operations at the manufacturing unit. The role involves handling

employee relations, statutory compliance, workforce planning, and Industrial Relations, Union & Legal , ensuring smooth plant operations while aligning with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:

1. Employee Relations & IR (Industrial Relations)
Manage shopfloor employee relations and maintain a positive work environment
Handle grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
Coordinate with unions (if applicable) and support negotiations
Drive engagement initiatives for blue-collar workforce
