Platform Delivery & BI Leader

BCXP in Centurion, South Africa, is looking for a Specialist in Platform Delivery & Business Intelligence. The successful candidate will lead service improvement initiatives, manage key reporting platforms, and use data-driven solutions to maximize business value.

A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a Grade 12 National Diploma is required, along with significant experience in IT service management. Strong project management skills and relevant certifications such as ITIL 4 Foundation are preferred.
