Requirements

• 5-6+ years as Plumbing Foreman or similar in UAE villa projects (mandatory).
• Proven villa plumbing experience: drainage, water supply, installations.
• Ability to read plumbing/shop drawings and specs.
• Site supervision of plumbers/subcontractors; material/testing knowledge.
• Coordination with engineers, consultants, other trades.
• Strong leadership, problem‑solving, and time management skills.
