Role Overview
The PMO Specialist manages financial governance, operational workflows, and resource lifecycles for the major BFSI Client account pipeline in Bengaluru . This role ensures strict compliance with Client engineering environment protocols and global contingent workforce frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Governance
- Reconcile monthly billing across regional Client cost centers.
- Manage weekly timesheets for all contractors via SAP Fieldglass and related approvals
- Resolve invoice discrepancies with Client procurement desks.
- Follow up for payments with client stake holders and have tight control over unbilled revenue
Resource Lifecycle & Compliance
- Onboard resources into secure Client networks (VDI, MyCompliance).
