PMV&AssetManagement
- Overseetheplanning,allocation,andutilizationofallplant,machinery,andvehiclesacrossprojects
- Ensureequipmentavailabilityasperprojectrequirementsandtimelines
- MaintainaccuraterecordsofPMVinventory,movement,deployment,andidleassets
- ControlPMV-relatedcostsincludingrentals,fuel,maintenance,andrepairs
- Monitorassetlifecycle,depreciation,replacementplanning,anddisposal
Operations&ProjectSupport
- CoordinatewithprojectteamstounderstandoperationalandPMVneeds
- Supportprojectmobilizationanddemobilizationactivities
- Ensureminimaldowntimeofequipmentthroughproactiveplanning
