The full-time Operations Supervisor will guide Dock Workers and Drivers daily, resolving conflicts and escalating issues as needed. You will oversee the implementation of corrective actions for reported incidents, addressing safety proactively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Dock Workers and Drivers in daily operations
• Report poor performance to the Regional Manager

• Ensure adherence to transportation laws and procedures
• Manage incident reporting and investigations
