Business Development Representative (BDR)

Anteriad is a B2B sales & marketing agency that works with leading technology companies. We are looking for a BDR to support our global sales pipeline by generating qualified leads through outreach to IT managers in Polish companies.

Key responsibilities :

  • Connect and initiate conversations with IT managers to assess their current technology environment.
  • Present our clients’ innovative IT solutions and demonstrate how they can improve processes and productivity.
  • Set up meetings between prospects and the client’s sales experts to advance the sales discussion.

Commission structure : Uncapped – your earnings grow directly with the number of qualified leads you deliver.

Qualifications :

  • Native Polish speaker; bilingual in English.
  • Spanish language is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Full-time Management & Operations
