Pool Attendant
ABOUT THE ROLE:
- To inform customers on ride procedures courteously, ensure customers safety at all times and to report on any safety hazards to your supervisor immediately.
- You will be expected to provide guidance as well as enforce Sunway Lagoon standard operation policies and procedures; provide First Aid attention when needed and assist guests in distress or facing difficulties.
- To delight customers ensuring them a pleasurable experience in the park by greeting, communicating in a polite manner and exercising good guest relations skills.
