Port Lead (Palawan)

Responsibilities

• Ensure that berths are available on time to prevent the vessel from anchoring.
• Maintain vessel port efficiency while ensuring that all arrastre personnel and equipment are present upon vessel arrival.
• Ensure that the vessel departs on schedule.
• Manage the storage cost
• Validation of Port Charges
• Responsible for the creation of Loadlist, Discharge List, and Manifest
• Coordination with the vessel regarding stowage planning
• Ensure compliance to all the regulatory requirements
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on terminal operations

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year course
• Relevant work experience in the field of business, logistics, and transport
• At least 2 years of lead role experience in the distribution or logistics
• Above-average communication and technical writing skills
