Porter / Groundskeeper (Multifamily Community) Job Summary:

• The Porter/Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness, appearance, and curb appeal of the apartment community.


• This role ensures that both the interior and exterior of the property are consistently clean, detailed, and welcoming for residents, prospects, and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness of all common areas including leasing office, clubhouse, fitness center, hallways, breezeways, laundry rooms, and restrooms Perform daily exterior building cleaning , including breezeways, stairwells, entryways, and high-traffic areas Complete weekly exterior building detailing , such as wiping down railings, doors, light fixtures, signage, and removing cobwebs and buildup Pick up trash and debris throughout the property, including parking lots, sidewalks, and landscaped areas Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper disposal of...
