Portfolio Analyst

We’re hiring – Investment Analyst

We are looking to add an Analyst to our investment team at Convergent Finance.

This role offers end-to-end exposure to the private equity lifecycle, with the opportunity to work closely with senior team members on transactions and portfolio companies.

What you’ll work on:

• Evaluating investment opportunities and supporting due diligence
• Building financial models and preparing investment materials
• Engaging with company management and industry participants
• Supporting deal execution alongside advisors and stakeholders
• Tracking portfolio performance and driving ongoing analysis
• Conduct industry research and market analysis
