Job Summary
Responsible for management of existing portfolio by reducing the net run-offs and increasing the portfolio by creating data-mining programs for existing and past borrowers with satisfactory loan account handling, cross-selling to existing borrowers (Car Loan borrowers to avail Home Loan and vice versa), and other anti-attrition campaigns.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree holder
- 3-6 years working experience in overall data management
- Must be good in reporting and analytics
- Attentive to Detail
- Good communication skills (verbal and oral)
- Well versed with the following MS applications: Excel and Power BI (Intermediate)
