in the thematic area of art and technology for a fixed-term employment contract from 1 January 2026 (or as agreed) to 31 December 2028.

Fields of research and tasks

The duties of the Postdoctoral Researcher will focus on conducting their own research in the thematic area of art and technology.

The Academy of Fine Arts has a long tradition professional artist education and research related to contemporary art practices, theory and curating. In the thematic area of art and technology, the Academy has teaching and research activities and functional facilities in lens-based practices, both analogue and digital, fab-lab, sculpture and ceramics workshops as well as the nationally shared infrastructure (MAGICS).
