What you’ll do

Acts as the EMEA technical authority for medium-voltage to low-voltage conversion power electronics products, leading the transition from advanced research concepts to certified, scalable, and manufacturable solutions supporting Eaton’s growth in next-generation power conversion systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and adapt existing research technologies for market readiness.
  • Lead engineering teams through design modifications and validation processes.
  • Own system architecture, key technical decisions, and design trade-offs for MV power electronics platforms.
  • Act as technical escalation point for complex system and field issues.
  • Collaborate with global engineering teams and engineer a global solution together.
