Practice Accountant Position

A small to medium sized tax and accounting practice in Somerset West & Stellenbosch is seeking to employ an experienced Practice Accountant on a permanent basis.

They are open to considering:

1. Junior accountants who have just completed their relevant articles and are looking for their first role outside of articles.
2. More senior experienced practice accountants who either want to move from one practice to another or wish to merge their small practice with this client.

The salary scale listed below will be based on experience.

Requirements & Experience

• Degree qualified in Finance or Accounting
• Completed relevant professional articles in SAIPA, SAICA or SAIBA/CIMA
• Professionally registered with SAIPA or SAIBA/CIMA
• Work experience between 3 to 20 years
• Experience in a professional accounting or audit practice is a must
