Practice Assistant

Overview

Nelson Mullins is seeking a litigation practice assistant in our Torrance/Los Angeles office to support paralegals and attorneys representing leading automotive manufacturers and distributors in a range of matters including state and federal proceedings, state motor vehicle proceedings, and class actions.

A Day in the Life

Performing a broad range of substantive billable and nonbillable tasks, you’ll work directly with paralegals and attorneys on product liability, warranty, franchise and distribution law litigation, and other complex business disputes in a variety of industries. You’ll assist with maintaining and monitoring court deadlines for assigned cases and support paralegals with daily tasks including, but not limited to, document organization, maintenance and production
