Provides administrative support for grading and paving projects to ensure jobs are set up correctly and ready for execution.
Ordering
- Order materials, trucking, sweepers, and portable restrooms
Purchase Orders
- Create and track purchase orders
Invoices
- Review invoices for accuracy
- Submit invoices for approval
- Resolve discrepancies as needed
Job Setup
- Assign and create job numbers and customers in AP
- Enter cost codes and add jobs to Job Cost
- Prepare Job Setup packets
- Set job status to Awarded and Active in B2W
- Create job folders on the P Drive
- Distribute Job Setup packets to assigned teams
