The Pre‑Construction & Pursuit Assistant Project Manager will lead the management and coordination of heavy civil project pursuits through the RFQ and RFP process, and support a range of pre‑construction activities. Responsibilities

Lead the management and coordination of heavy civil project pursuits through the RFQ and RFP process. Assist in organizing multidisciplinary teams including estimating, scheduling, logistics, operations, design, marketing, and legal. Contribute to the development of technical narratives, project profiles, resumes, and responses to owner questions. Help prepare pursuit schedules, work breakdown structures, and subcontractor engagement materials. Support commercial and contract reviews by gathering information, drafting comments, and tracking risks or issues.
