Pre-Litigation Executive 13000-15000

Duties & Responsibilities

• Drafting court documents, proceedings, and applications.
• Resolution of liability disputes.
• Resolution of Quantum disputes.
• Take initiative to suggest ideas for improvements and understand the value of different working ideas.
• Work to set priorities, create clear plans, and manage all work to meet the needs of the client.

Desired Experience & Qualification

• LLB Degree
• Previous experience within a similar role handling a case load
• Knowledge or experience of working with RAF Claims.
• Experience working with an insurance sector.
• Ability to interpret and input data accurately and efficiently
• Ability to demonstrate initiative
• Professional and confident telephone etiquette

Package & Remuneration

R13 000- R15 000 TCTC

Working Hours: 09:00am to 18:00pm / 10:00am to 19:00pm Monday to Friday
