- Experience in processing orders, account updates, and service requests
- Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build long-term relationships
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Plus: experience in upselling, account management, or client retention
