**Job Summary and Qualifications**
**The Prep Cook under the direction of the FANS Management team performs routine daily taskes related to food preparation needs of the Nutritional Service Department, ensuring a clean and sanitized work area. Provides the highest level of customer service at all times.**

+ **High School Diploma or its equivalent, preferred**
+ **One year of experience in healthcare food and nutrition services preferred**
+ **Must be able to speak, write, and read in English**
