Key Responsibilities

1) Corporate Quality Strategy & Governance

*Define and own the Corporate Quality Policy, Quality Objectives, and KPIs.

*Design and run Management Review as a true operating mechanism (data-driven decisions, funded actions, verified closure).

*Establish clear decision rights, escalation paths, and accountability across QA, QC, QMS, Validation, Compliance, and Supplier Quality.
