This role is responsible for performing routine preventative maintenance and minor repairs on fleet equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations. **Key Responsibilities**
+ Perform preventative maintenance inspections and services on refuse trucks, trailers, and related equipment
+ Conduct oil changes, lubrication, filter replacements, and basic mechanical adjustments
+ Identify potential mechanical issues and communicate findings to lead mechanics or supervisors
+ Maintain accurate maintenance and inspection records
+ Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and DOT regulations
