This role sits within the Corporate Services division of a leading, global provider of integrated facilities management (IFM) and outsourcing solutions. The business partners with organisations across the public and private sectors to deliver essential Hard and Soft FM services, including maintenance, cleaning, security, catering, and energy management. You will act as the pricing and estimating Subject Matter Expert (SME) within a multi-functional bid team. You will interpret complex customer requirements, align them with internal operational capabilities, and design compelling commercial solutions that drive growth and retention targets within the corporate sector.
