Principal Consultant - Finance and Tax

Overview

Malander is seeking an experienced Chartered Accountant to serve as a Principal Consultant for Finance and Tax. This pivotal role will be responsible for overseeing the financial and tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and business development transactions within the organisation. The Principal Consultant will ensure that all M&A and BD activities are strategically executed, in compliance with regulations, and aligned with business objectives.
