Job Overview

We are seeking a Principal Consultant in Data & Analytics to join the DataArt D&A Lab. This senior role serves as the primary in-account technical presence for one or more named strategic customers, building trusted relationships that enable DataArt to be invited into the customer's most critical data and AI decisions and converting that trust into recurring multi-quarter engagements. Within six months, a Principal Consultant is expected to have established a senior‑level trusted relationship with C‑level stakeholders, obtained sign‑off on a 12‑ to 24‑month account plan with the account manager, landed or directly contributed to at least two multi‑quarter data engagements, captured at least one partner‑funded initiative (Snowflake, Databricks, or hyperscaler) on a real engagement, and met or exceeded target billable utilization.
