We are seeking a highly motivated, passionate, and experienced Principal Ecologist to join our UK–wide Ecology team at Stantec. This exciting role offers the chance to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, support existing water‑utility partnerships, pursue new opportunities, and shape the future of our ecological aspirations.
As a Principal Ecologist you will build a team of talented professionals, oversee the expansion of our ecological presence, foster new client relationships, and lead in excellence by implementing best practices. You will manage complex ecological issues within a project context, mentor staff, engage with clients, and support bids and tenders to broaden our project portfolio.
